It claims that the endpoint is unreachable, even though the firewall logs show that everything is fine.<\/p>\n<p>The problem is rarely just the network. Often it is a combination of <strong>outdated software versions<\/strong>, <strong>suspended services<\/strong>, <strong>Time Drift<\/strong> or missing TLS 1.2 registry keys. Standard tests such as <code>Test NetConnection<\/code> are not sufficient here, as they lack the context at the application level.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I wrote a PowerShell diagnostic tool to solve the problem once and for all.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What the tool does (Version 2.23):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Version Check:<\/strong> Checks whether the license server meets the minimum requirement (11.17.2.0) for Cloud LAS.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Service Watchdog:<\/strong> Checks whether critical services (<code>Citrix Licensing<\/code>, <code>Web Services<\/code>) and attempts to start them automatically if they have stopped.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Time Sync:<\/strong> Detects time discrepancies between the server and the cloud (critical for OAuth tokens).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>A Real Connectivity Check:<\/strong> Technically interprets HTTP 403\/404 as <strong>successful<\/strong> Connection (Green\/OK).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>SSL verification:<\/strong> Confirms that the handshake is secure and valid.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If this tool shows \u201eGreen,\u201c the infrastructure is working properly, and you can focus on the actual problem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong>: In the Studio, under \"Licensing,\" don't forget to <strong>Migration button<\/strong> Press it!.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Download: <a title=\"Citrix-LAS-Tool.ps1\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/Koetzing\/Powershell-Scripts\/blob\/main\/Citrix-LAS-Tool.ps1\">Citrix-LAS-Tool.ps1<\/a><\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Schluss mit Raten: &#8222;Registered, but LAS endpoint is unreachable&#8220;.
