MMicrosoft has modified or expanded the screensaver, and Citrix has also disabled the screensaver and power-saving features by default on Windows client operating systems. As a result, you may have trouble enabling the screensaver as usual.
Here are two things to fix it
For all client operating systems, such as Windows 7, 8, or Windows 10, that are used as a VDA in a Citrix XenDesktop environment, the following registry value must be set
HKLM\Software\Citrix\GraphicsSetDisplayRequiredMode REG_DWORD = 0x00000000
In some cases, the screensaver may not activate on server operating systems. To resolve this, configure the following Group Policy setting.
